- PAYMENT POLICY
- FULL PAYMENT must be made prior to attendance at the event.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Requests for cancellations received in writing on or before September
13, 1996 will qualify for a full refund less $50 Cdn. No refunds will be
issued after this date; however, substitute registrations are welcomed.
Requests for refunds must be sent to the Electronic Library Network.
CANCELLATION LIABILITY
- In the event of cancellation of this event for any reason, ELN'S liability
is limited to the return of the registration fee only. Registrants will
not be reimbursed for any travel or hotel cancellation fees or penalties.
The conference takes place during a busy season for Vancouver's
hotels, so you may want to book early.
