  Instructions:
  • Select the day you want to book a room for from the list on the right. You may book a room up to 7 days in advance.
  • Rooms are organized into six groups. Click on a group name above to see the available rooms.
  • Once you've found a room available at the time you want, click on the grid to book the room at the specified time. You will have to login to UVic to book the room. Each Netlink ID is limited to a total of 2 hours of bookings per day. No student or group may make more than one booking per day.
  • You can delete a booking that you no longer require by clicking on the booking name. You must be logged in with the same credentials that were used to create the booking.
  • Library hours may be shortened on holidays, but the booking grid may not always reflect these changes. Please check the Library Hours page to verify that the library will be open at the time you want to use the room.
  • Study rooms and Tek Booths must be vacated 15 minutes before the library closes.

  • Tek Booths are enclosed private spaces for one person, ideal for online classes or Zoom interviews. No food or drinks are permitted in the Tek Booths.
